Inclusive fitness for everybody.
This day focuses on sport and fitness as part of a happy, healthy lifestyle. The group will take part in a variety of different exercise and sporting activities, visit local sports and leisure centres and learn how to keep fit. If they would like to, group members can also lead warm-ups and stretches to develop facilitation skills and confidence!
Physical activity releases endorphins, reducing stress and anxiety. It also improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, and enhances coordination. So, it has a huge impact on physical and mental health. But the greatest benefit of all is that it's really fun!

Where: The Link and out in the community
When: Mondays, during term time, 10:00am – 4:00pm
Cost: £40 per session
Age: 18+
