LinkAble office now open
LinkAble is pleased to announce that the LinkAble office reopened officially reopened today Monday 22nd June 2020.
The LinkAble office has now officually reopened and we look forward to taking your phone calls. If you need to see us face to face this is still possible but wherever possible please call in advance so we can ensure we have an appropriate space to meet you in.
We were also excited to resume face to face groups for our Under 18s with a trial of 2 hours each for a group of 4, 5 – 11 year olds in the morning and a group of 3, 11 – 18 year olds in the afternoon on Saturday 13th June. It was lovely to see even a small number of our service users face to face again. Staff and service users alike quickly adapted to the new protocols and procedures and we trialled extending both sessions to 3.5 hours on Saturday 20th June with up to 5 children in each group.
Our plan is to continue offering two sessions of 3.5 hours each Saturday for the coming weeks of the summer term. In order to support social distancing our group sizes are smaller than usual, and we have implemented new cleaning regimes and ensured we have appropriate PPE to enable sessions to run safely.
We have missed you all and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
