Services for over 18s cancelled with immediate effect

LinkAble's response to UK Government advice – 17th March 2020

Following yesterday’s announcement from the Prime Minister, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Scientific Officer to avoid gatherings and crowded places, such as pubs, clubs and theatres LinkAble has made the decision to stop delivering face to face services for over 18s from Tuesday 17th March.

LinkAble will be maintaining contact with groups through social media and via email.  We also hope to use technology to enable us to deliver some of our services virtually – more information on this to follow.

As ever, we will be in regular contact with service users via email.  Please make sure you are following us on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) as this is often the first point from which new information is shared.

Our thoughts are with all those affected and we look forward to seeing our all our over 18 service users back at their groups as soon as we are able to do so.
