In the Spring of 2018 LinkAble sent out a request for items which could be sold at auction to raise funds for the charity.
One item in particular caught the auctioneers eye. A William Morris blue specimen vase. The vase went in to auction with an estimate of achieving between £30 and £50 so we were very excited to learn that on the day the price paid was £320!
The auctioneer who reviewed the items that we had collected advised us that some items were not suitable for auction. Of the remaining items we will be putting 15 on Ebay. The remaining items were sold at a car boot sale where we managed to raise £287.
